Spec sheets that work the way you do.

The specification tool for the built environment. Architects, engineers, interior designers, and builders use it to plan materials, products, and surfaces in a single file.

The whole project, one file.

01 The spec sheet. Every product, every room, every supplier.
02 The board. Concept, mood, and material references on one canvas.
03 Print-ready PDF export. Clean typography, tabular figures.
I built Tinn because the tools available to architects, engineers, and designers for specifying a project were built for someone else: project managers, retailers, e-commerce teams. Not for the way we actually plan a space.

Made for the built environment

A specification tool that fits the way the built environment actually gets planned.

  • Offline by default

Your projects are local .tinn files. No login required to open them, no spinner waiting for a server. Works on the train, on site, in basements.

  • Print-ready, always

Specifications belong on paper as often as on screen. Tinn exports clean A4 PDFs that look like they came from a print shop, not a SaaS dashboard.

  • Mood and concept on one canvas

Drop images, draw annotations, snap to rulers, and pin specs to materials. The board lives next to the spec sheet, same file, same place.

  • Your work, your file

Every project is a single .tinn file you own. Drop it in Dropbox, email it to a colleague, archive it in 2040. No vendor lock-in, no migration scripts.

Plan it. Spec it. Print it.

Built by an architect. Materials, products, surfaces, dimensions, in one file you own.
