How to reach us.

Tinn is built by one person right now. There's no support team, no chatbot. Email is the right way to reach a human.

  • General questions

    For everything that doesn't fit the categories below. Partnerships, feedback, questions about Tinn, or just to say hello.

  • Help with the app

    Bug reports, feature requests, "how do I do X" questions. Include your operating system and Tinn version (Help → About inside the app) so we can reproduce the issue.

  • Press and partnerships

    Media inquiries, partnership proposals, integration questions. Include "press" in your subject line.

Response time

We aim to reply within two working days. Most days that's faster. We work Norwegian business hours (CET/CEST) and don't reply on weekends unless something is on fire.
